The Sims 2 Bodyshop Making clothes for your sims...

I installed the bodyshop but when I try to open it it says "please double-click a custom content package to install the content" What is that supposed to mean?

Where can you find the body shop on the Sims 2 double deluxe? I was really confused. I'm getting the game in a week and i want to be prepared.
