Who's Hogging The Mysql? Too many connections

Is somebody doing something which requires a lot of connections or is there just an error somewhere?

if i acces the panel it says doen and it shows a white screen:Sand if i want to access myadmin it say error wrong pass and usernameand i have continual refresh to see the cpanel

Yeah, it is probably a spam harvester like last time, NilsC isn't on now to report it to the Serve Admin, we will have to wait, but last time it took our bandwith too!

Or it could be someone running fualy scripts, This is why I have said on the shout hundreds of times
