Live support suggestion...

I check freenukehosting.com during the "business hours" all the time, but it has been a very long time since I saw admin online for live support.I suggest hiring one or two people to go on live chat. They can answer any questions potential customers have, and take notes of any problems that people report. These notes can be sent to admin at the end of the day so he can act on them. Admin could repay people that go on live support by giving them discounts on hosting. :roll: Just suggesting ways that FNH could be better. FNH is a bit too popular for one person to run on his own. I know I would do a couple hours a week for some discounted hosting!
