Here is a faq/guidline i made for the new Trading Forum. Tell me of anything i should add/edit.

Thanks to Nazrin and God, we now have the Shop, Bank, and Cash mod on the FNH forums. This also opens up a new area, FNH trading. A place where people can trade, sell, and buy things like graphics, sigs, avatars, templates, coding, etc. But before you just jump right into setting up your first trade, or reply to someone else?s post, please read through these guidelines and refer to this topic if you have any questions about the FNH Trading Market.

.: Section 1: FNH Market Guidelines :.

Please remember to follow these simple guidelines when using and posting in the Trading Market. If you do not follow these rules, Moderators/Administrators will take action.

 

You may not reply to any thread you are not interested in the item for sale or auction. Spamming others' threads with rival offers will not be tolerated.

No posting titles in all-caps or any other method meant to draw extra attention to your thread.

No selling Gmail invites.

No selling any copyrighted material that you do not own the copyright for. This rule applies irregardless of whether you have permission from the copyright holder to sell their item.

Do not spam actual trades, only post in each one if you want what?s for trade, or have something to offer.

 

.: Section 2: FNH Market Disallowed Items :.

These are items/services that are not allowed to be traded on the FNH Trading Market. This is not a conclusive list. If an administrator/moderator feels the item/service you are trying to sell is not appropriate then your post will be locked and/or removed and the appropriate course of action will be taken.

 

Warez Files

Pornography

Illegal Services (Hacking. reverse programming, etc.)

Illegal Programs (Viruses, Trojans, Worms, etc.)

Spyware Files

Images/Software/Scripts/Images that contains lewd, illicit, or malicious coding.

Copyrighted Material of any kind even with permission of the original copyright holder

 

.: Section 3: FNH Market Administrator Actions :.

Violation, and posting of any of these items will result in the appropriate action.

If you violate any of the rules of the Trading Market Forums, or if you post any of the Disallowed Items, appropriate actions will be taken. They are as follows, but are not limited to this list. Certain sever actions, such as Porn, or copyrighted material will result in more severe actions, without warning.

I.P. Banned From Forums

Possible Legal Action if required.

 

 

.: Section 4: FNH Market Trades :.

Please follow these rules when completing/starting a transaction/trade on the FNH Trading Market Forums or else appropriate Administrator/Moderator actions will be taken.

 

Make sure you give an accurate description of the item/service when you first make your post.

Explain what you?re submitting well, post a good topic title so people know what you?re offering

Be nice and courteous while making a deal.

After the agreement as been made, make sure to send the item/start the service as soon as payment is received.

FNH IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY BAD TRANSACTIONS! IF SOMEONE DOES NOT PAY/DOES NOT SEND ITEM/SERVICE, THEN PM A MODERATOR/ADMINISTRATOR AND PROPER ACTIONS WILL BE TAKEN, BUT FNH IS NOT LIABLE!

Make sure to complete the transaction promptly and make sure to post in that topic that you created that you have sold the item/service unless you have more than one to offer.

Do not post help questions/questions in these forums. Post these in this topic or in the help sections on the other parts of the site.

 

Remember that FNH is not responsible for any of the trades that go on. Also, in the event that legal action must be taken by someone holding the copyright for an item you sell, FNH is not liable for any charges/fines that the user must pay.

 

.: Section 5: FNH Market FAQ :.

Read this first to find answers to common questions before posting the same question again that has already been answered.

 

Question: What if someone posts a file that is copyrighted or on the disallowed list?

Answer: Report this to an Administrator/Moderator right away, correct actions will then be taken. Do not spam that thread telling them "YOU CANT SELL THAT!" or anything of that nature, always PM or e-mail an Admin/Mod right away

 

Q: What if someone doesn?t send me the item/service i traded for?

A: First try sending the person a Private Message, or try sending them an e-mail through the forums. If this does not work, then PM/E-mail a moderator, or post in the appropriate forum. We will try to resolve this issue, if we are unable to, we are sorry, but as stated, FNH is not responsible for any bad trades.

 

Q: What if i find someone spamming the trade forums?

A: PM/E-mail and Admin/Mod and wait for them to take the appropriate action

 

Q: What if i change my mind about my trade?

A: This is completely up to the person you traded with. FNH is not responsible for any bad trades, or any trades that you are not satisfied with, and the person you have traded with is not liable to trade back, or refund your FNH$.

 

Q: What if someone trades me material i find to be copyrighted or illegal, or containing lewd/illicit/illegal material/coding?

A: Report this to the Admins/Mods right away. We will take the correct course of action.

 

Q: There seems to be some theme here with FNH's responsibility here?

A: Yes there is, the most important thing here is that using this trade forum is at the users discretion and risk. FNH is not responsible for anything bad that happens in this forum, but we will try to fix any situation we can.
