Would people use an online fault help system for electronic

Information required:

example: 1 video player fault

Video: sharp

Fault: tape chewed will not rewind or play etc.

Common: replace broken drive belt from capstan motor to pickup roller.

Less common: replace faulty capstan motor, faulty stepper motor driver ic etc.
