3 inches or 100 mills of rain please for Queensland !

I would like to request 3 inches of rain for queensland Australia. we live in the Darling Downs region of SE queensland and we have not had good rain for the past 20 years. If you have the abillity to perform magic or you know of a rythmic ceremonial ritual that will please the gods and make the rain fall again we need your help. Please direct this message to any one who has the abbility to make rain or perform the above request.Thanks Tom
