Have this BUG taken this long before?

Im new with this free nuke hosting, so this is the first time the "page cannot be displayed BUG" happen to me. I have been reading in the forums and experienced members say that we should not worry because this happened before a few times and it is fixed in aproximetly 1 day. But this one has about 5 days without working so im really starting to worry...

 

So i was wondering if this happened before for this long?.. :?
