How to install photoshop plugins

Ok I'm new to Photoshop and need help how do you install the plugins and I got lots of them but don't know hot to install I hope someone could help asap thanks :-D

well..for the effects i just double click on them..and photoshop opens and it installs itself.

Copy plugin into ../Photoshop/plugin folder and will work

Ok... here is what you need to do.

Must should Photoshop is not running

then go to:

computer>programs>adobe>photoshop >plugins

once the folder is open,drag your plugins into the plugin folder.
Bang your done.
