First part was made by Black Isle around 1997 (I'm not 100% sure :?). Many people claims (including me) that Fallout (1 & 2) is the most complicated and the best RPG made ever! It has 100% non-linear plot, kilometers of dialouges and really huge world. Everyone should try it!! Fallout: Tactics is rather a tactical game than RPG. It's not a good game.
