iGuest 3 Report post Posted February 20, 2005 Check this out: https://smallbusiness.yahoo.com/domains 8) Actually this is the cheapest one ( https://smallbusiness.yahoo.com/domains ) with some features! I check on domain registrations alot. I find this is the cheapest one. What i use for a domain registrar is https://hostway.com/. Why did I choose them? At the time, I find that they were the cheapest one. Now other domain registrars are getting cheaper. (By the way, it is $6.95 per year at hostway.com.) I stick to hostway because they have been good to me. And I have another domain that can just be easily switch to take a look at through their user-friendly control panel. The cheapest one ever without some of the features such as these: Easy-to-use control panel with DNS management Domain forwarding so you can point to an existing site Email forwarding Bonus starter web page to post online until you are ready for a web site I find this one: http://www.domainsarefree.com/rg-erdr.php?_rpo=t. This one is only $3.95 without the features above. Then if you want those features, you will have to pay an extra of $1.95. However if you are going to have a webhost right away, you basically do not need those features. If you get this one, there is a catch. This cheapiness only last you one year. The next year will be $8.95. By then, I guess you can transfer your domain name.
