iGuest 3 Report post Posted February 15, 2005 I am looking around for a 3D-program preferably one of good quality. I've tried the demo for Cinema 4D and Maya PLE. iGuest 3 Report post Posted February 19, 2005 You can always try Blender3D. It's open source, but VERY powerful. It also lets you import and export to many formats. As for the lightwave demo, according to this page here, http://www.newtek.com/ you have to contact Newtek for the lightwave demo. Or you can go here http://www.newtek.com/ and order one from the guys at Siggraph (but i think it's only for people who attended last year's conference, you can try anway though). iGuest 3 Report post Posted March 3, 2005 i think every 3d model tool has its pro and cons, an also may be use in different areas.3d studio max its use in almost everything, poser for body modeling and lightwave for enviroment 3d modeling . so you may find differents things from one to one.
