hey does anyone know how to make a text in your banner blink e.g like the one below?

the .GIF's images like yours are a mix of 2 or more images... like the moviesso... in the first you put the picture n the the "black" textin the second .. you put the picture n the "black" text + "yellow shadow"when you save it... the 2 combined gives you the blinkinsorry... my english is pretty bad
