Means when I try to download the .tar.gz file I always get error.I have full access to Fantastico.vuguild.xerox-hosting.com doesen't work.xerox-hosting.com/~emilin doesen't work.I'm just posting here so that I don't have to bug the already busy admins. iGuest 3 Report post Posted January 26, 2005 If you've still got FTP access, then you should try copying the backup file from whatever directory it was saved on to your hard drive (obviously, you can do this by simply highlighting the file and moving it into a folder on your hard drive). o_o Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
