iGuest 3 Report post Posted January 24, 2005 Make sure if you are using a browser (IE, firefox, AOL, etc.) and using ftp.you.xerox-hosting.com (or ftp.yourdomain.com) make sure you click the File button at the topof the browser and click the Login As button, use your username and password to login, then see if you are able to see the folders.
