iGuest 3 Report post Posted February 20, 2005 Technically, what Teleport does is the same that you would do by browsing the whole site and saving the pages on your hard drive, nothing illegal. The difference is that TP will save the entire book in minutes in a way so you can browse it off-line 8) You can download a trial version here.

iGuest 3 Report post Posted March 6, 2005 If any of you are interested in technical books, try this:  http://forums.xisto.com/no_longer_exists/There you can get the following titles by O'Reilly:   Programming PHP  PHP Cookbook  Web Database applications w/PHP-MySQL  Webmaster in a nutshell  JavaScript The definitive guide  Dynamic HTML The definitive reference   I don't know why a big publisher as O'Reilly offers complete books that they actually sell, but anyway, if I were you, I'd use Teleport or any other spider to get the books on my HD before it's too late.. well, I did that actually  Incredible!I love that site...like you said why would O'Reily do it??hmmm...--Mike

They also have a small collection from one of my favorite authors, Robert E. Howard. Check out his Conan stories. PS Sorry for the lack of PHP links.
