Purchased Plan A Need Some Help !!!

It Would be greatly appreciated if someone could give me some info.. I purchased Plan A 2 Days Ago and have yet to be able to log in to create my web Site I have Filled a Support Ticket ( 840012 ) and have even e-mailed the recipient of the funds.... I am patient as long as I receive information... Any information would be greatly appreciated....ThanksSusan
