That is interesting.. Have you tried going to your CPanel (xerox-hosting.com/cpanel) and then logging in to investigate the problem?

yes, i have logged into my cpanel a few mins ago, everything doesnt work, i mean cpanel works and al, but when i try to install something, it says i cant get access....and when i log onito ftp there is no files there :cry:
