I have a problem with connecting to my hosting account

I recieved a username and password.
when I try to login to the Cpanel thru http://forums.xisto.com/ i just can't.. it says "Login Attempt Failed!"...

what can i do in order to connect to the pnael and start uploading my site?

If its free hosting account, log in to http://domain/cpanel
not to the above link you've mentioned...
