Thats a little more than "just give them a chance".Also some of them joined on 11 of december! Thats a long time. Not to mention the abbreviations seem to be quite annoying and furiously overused for no good, logical, or obvious reason. When you cut that off you have a better piece of meat.Cull means, when there are large amounts of cattle or sheep or something and you need to get rid of the excess amounts, you can cull them and cut out all the extras.
