[PHP/JS]Expanding Navigation Menu

Does anyone know a Tutorial or give me one of an expanding navigation menu. That you have some links next to each other and when you highlight it that a menu will expand. For an example:

Go to https://www.phphulp.nl/ and highlight Informatie and PHP stuff for that is right above.

I hope anycone could give me a PHP tutorial about it. If there is no PHP expanding then Javascript

I know it is to be done in Javascript...But i forgot how...

You can try two things:

First and easiest one is to go to Dynamic Drive (http://www.dynamicdrive.com/) and try one of the many types they have and copy & paste to your page (usually just a little code snippet)

 

Second and a bit more cumbersome: Download Navstudio from here http://www.opencube.com/ and start building, you get more control, but requires a bit of fine tuning to get it just right.
