hi , i would like to know when my web site will be available?

i have configured the php nuke but when i tried to access my site ,appears as "page cannot be displayed".
what should i do?do i need to configure the name servers any where?

hmmmm........my friend has the same problem...and hey! where the head admin? there lots of requests for free hosting...but no one got their yet
