CONFIG.PHP PROBLEM

hi i get sorry there seems to be a problem with the sql db...

i know that problem....you need to make a database, add user to db and put the info in config.php..this part:$dbuname = "name registered in sql"; ----->enter db name$dbpass = "PASSWORD"; ------>enter db password$dbname = "sql db name"; ------->db usernameNeed more help? PM me?

i did that already....but i dunno how to add user to db  
i am not using freenukehosting hosting....
