Neither of you read his question very well. He's asking for an online script which will allow him to create pages.

 

As forthe question, you're looking for a light cms. Go top http://www.opensourcecms.com/ and browse through the 'CMS-lite' section (on the left). DL one, uplaod it to your server, configure it, set it up, and run it, and it should do what you're looking for.
