iGuest 3 Report post Posted December 28, 2004 Ok...well I am currently working on a online text mmorpg, well i currently have an IP checker, so that no one can have more than one acount.. well there is one drawback, it will take a proxy IP, which i dont want it to, I have heard that java will grab the real IP whether or not they are using a proxy server to connect to the site... could anyone help me out on this one? -Need a code to detect the real IP, not letting it detect Proxies.
