What's the best animation software?

You won't find a tutorial on good animation. You can get one which will teach you the basics of animation, like how to create an animation, but once your'e past that you just have to be creative. There's an entire section on good-tutorials.com dealing with animation, you can go there to start out.

if you?re a newbie to the animation, i advice you use then Swish ,with it you can make buttons,banners,everything you can make with Flash MX but much easier

id say fireworks actually....imageready kinda screws up pics a bit, and fireworks is very good with gifs/flash, easy to. Although photoshop is best for jpg. ect.
