My computer was hacked because of one of THEIR vulnerabilities. Stupid Aim, the only reason I was using it, is because my school friends do, and are too bloody ignorant to get something like Integrity Messenger.  Also, I bet there's more than one AOL flame thread.  Also #2, any support company puts you on hold for 30 minutes to make sure it's not a prank call.
