I will pay amount of $3.95 for who anyone who makes me the best 3-d Looking metallic template. There must be 3 colums with header and footer. I would like the web banner to be buddhist religious banner. The banner graphic should be in 3-D. I would like the all the table border to be in white or silver metallic. I would like the back ground to be dark gray. That is all so if you are up for this please respond back. I will like to see the template before i buy it.
