For making the avatars, etc. I need to cut scenes from the movie and use it in the GIF format. Can anyone suggest a FREEWARE software which allows me to cut clips from any video and export (or save) it in the GIF format. Did I mention that it has to be freeware! Thank you! Â Also you can download it from the following link: http://www.fixdown.com/ It's a chinese website that your Pc may show some random codes. You can just click the middle active links.
