Everyone seems 2 have cable or broadband... My parents are tight-asses and wont get broadband.

dont worry... in my county like 95% of internet users have dial up :Pcable was implented like 2 years ago for the first time and i was lucky bastard that tested it for them... but anything else then dial-up is way too much expensive for our poor ppl ... btw, dial up is also but problem is solved with like 2 hours online per 2-3 days :Pprice for 1 hour of dail up is ~1.5?and i pay 40? monthly for 64/64 cable...for some1 this may sound like good pricing... but keep in mind that awerage salary in my country is ~250?

Find some dirt on one of your parents and blackmail them.That should work or get a part-time job.
