Would you be able to advise me on how to setup a server with free hosting for our local community. I have found I can lease lines from our local telco can u advise me on the type of server and software I should use. and the type of hardware that is needed to make it function correctly. I can obtain a grant of $10000 aus dollars would this be enough to set up a similar service to what you have here.
