Why is the loading speed so slow ?

I've just installed a IBF v2.0.2 but images loading very very slowly,My forum runs so slowly.Why?Slow hosting speed??

I think china internet providers are slow. I am in the USA running on dialup this week because my cable is down and sites are working fine for me.

Yes same for me nothing is going wrong unless you have a slow old computer+slow internet connection
