how can i place the news updates onto another page?

i was wondering. since' i've designed my own website, and i really can't be stuffed from learning how to program phpnuke into the way or shift the content of it around to my liking. is it possible to say place a bit of code in my html of my custom made webpage, so that it will display the news updates on a certain area of my webpage?kinda like frames - me thinks.

..... hum your hard to follow but ill try my best to answer your first question ...If you look in yur phpnuke Admin page there is an option that gives you the chance to move things on the main page or other places.Anyway dude, since phpnuke is for b00ner dont worry yur gonna find it coz i did !!!!PS : Sry for my crappy english
