iGuest 3 Report post Posted November 19, 2004 I use Bit-Torrent and Ares.Ares is spyware/adware free, unlike many others such as iMesh & Kazaa for example.Also, to date I have never downloaded anything that has contained a virus. Maybe I've been lucky. I have had a few d/l's where some a*s*o*e kid has changed the file name GRRRRR :evil: !!! Don't you just hate that !!The other thing I love about Ares, is that you can sometimes find really old/obscure files which is something almost unheard of on other p2p. I use Ares, I've been unsuccessful with Bit-Torrent, but I love Ares! And I totally and completely know what you mean about wrong file names.
