He may apply for Google adsense or any other affiliates on his own, when he earns some revenue from his site, he may contribute to the FNH (even upto 100% of what he earns, as he wishes). There are affiliates like http://forums.xisto.com/no_longer_exists/ that pays you every time your revenue accumulates to 20USD. It is a very good and noble idea. God bless!
