Dreawaver

I use dreamweaver.I guess it is an easy opt out. Even though there is so much you can do on there, there are limitations. I suggest learning the code and then you can do pretty much everything you want.Also, i find it pretty quick to use dreamweaver and i like the graphic user interface. If you do all your 'main' programming in DW, you can always view the html code to see how it works or to change it manually.
