(or what ever you like). 2) Make a new layer. 3) Then Filter -> Render Clouds. 4) After that go to Filter>Pixelate>Mizzotint, and select short lines. 5) Then go to Filter >Blur > Radial Blur. Use the following settings. amount: 100 Blur Method: Zoom Quality: Best 6) And then press Ctrl+U, and the Hue/Saturation window should pop up, click the Colorize option adjust what color u want it and your done. Looks like a realy cheesy rip in a very messed up futuristic ozon layer, and the aliens are warping to us.. All in crappy detail/artwork... all hail teh futur3 predicted in 30 seconds!
