You want to make a new user that has access to a subdomain with his own cpanel and other stuff?

Sorry but you cant do this, only admins have access to Web Host Manager. (The panel that ads new users etc)

Ok thatnks. You can make them without users, but I wanted a user one. Oh well. Thank's anyways.
