  1. Below are some steps which all web designers should take to improve the listing of their sites in the major search engines. STEP 1: Related titles!!!!! It is very important when choosing a title and URL for your site that you use something that is relevant. For example, if you are selling alarm clocks you would want a name that is related that people may type in as a search word. STEP 2: Keywords, Keywords, Keywords!!!!!! and I'm not talking about Meta Tags! I'm talking about keywords in your description. Your home page text should have at least 5 keywords that you repeat over and over again. This will help in the search engines. Make sure all your other pages follow a similar pattern. STEP 3: Link exchange!!!! Search engines such as google love web sites that have an active link exchange system. Try emailing webmasters that have similar sites to your own and asking for a link exchange. STEP 4: Quantity!!!! Get as many pages and features in your site as possible. Remember that the more pages you have the more valuable your site will become. I have highlighted a few major points but there are many others to take into consideration when optimising your site for the search engines. Kevin
  2. hey,I have an account with studio traffic and use their FREE money earning system for browsing web sites. I also know a lot of people that use it too. However, I wouldn't risk investing in it. After all they are gettin paid by the web sites owners so why should we pay them aswell????In my opinion, its best to stick to the FREE version. But if you want to pay for additional account upgrades then start with small amounts first and see if it pays off.Kev
  3. Hey all, Over the last few years I have been experimenting with making money over the internet. Being a very creative person I naturally took on to web design. However, I soon found that it was too time consuming for my liking and it rarely paidf off. Whilst playing around with Photoshop which someone bough me as a present I started to learn the essential techniques of graphic designers. Before I knew it I was able to make basic logos that could be sold at a price. Not long after discovering this I found a site that did forum auctions on logos. A customer requests a logo and states a price and designers submit their ideas. The customer can then pick the one they like and buy it (usually through PayPal). Step 1 >> Buy Abobe Photoshop for a relatively cheap price off of eBay Step 2 >> Try out a range of Photoshop tutorials available. There are thousands out there. I use Good Tutorials.com. You should do this until you become familiar with the software. Step 3>> Join a FREE forum that deals with logo design and look for requests. Maybe offer to design some logos for FREE to build up your portfolio. I use NamePros.com. Step 4>> Start submitting your designs until you strike gold. There are many other ways of doing something like this but I am just telling you the way I did it. Good Luck! Kevin
