Should all schools in California 7-12 grade have lockers?

I am Age Group A O____o 12. 7th grade sucks at my school -,- 8th grade and up you get lockers, but ohh noo! 7th graders get treated like little babys here. St. Mary's Catholic High School. We get little hooks at the back of the room and these tiny desks exactly like little kindergardners use It's really embarrising, and trying to get everything in that one desk is like trying to ride one of those bull machines. St. Mary's sucks. KIDS NEED LOCKERS!
