Check into CSS or use tables and set bordercolor="color you want" and border width and stuff like that but if u learn CSS it will be alot easier

I'm poor and basic so i use Notepad and PaintShop Pro 7 lol......Still i can get the job done

But doin it urself is so much better lol if u know what ur doin

Black and Red is a good site combination also blue and black work u can also add white or grey to anyone of those also green works well with purple for some odd reason....

I think its nice the text needs a little work but over all real nice
