i definitely prefer google Adsense.. it's more good, nice Rate, Easy to manage, Flexible and fast payment... adbrite is good also and got paid by them, but i really Dislike the time they take for payment... 2 months, then another month for the Check to be cashed... so we'r in 3 months... it's a lot.

note that yahoo gona take a time to be listed in.

MSN: go to webmaster.live.com and add your website plus a sitemap, MSN is more Flexible than Yahoo .

you can use Swishmax to make a Cool animations, you can find also a templates and working under it...

how to insert flash, you can use Frontpage or Dreamwaver, if you can't get this ones u can use a free WYIWYG software and there is a bunch just google it..
