PNG rocks....just, it is a source file for Fireworks, so every single time i make something, must go ti GIMP and compress it ...i use GIF only to make animations....@senior how could you lost many colors with gif format, when a gradient detween green and black has only 33 colors, and gif suports 256....are you lying maybe?

opera is the fastest, faster tham IE, and even FF...coz opera firstly loads the TEXT, and then the images, so if these images are loaded before, page will generate in a sec,but FF and IE reloads all images again..and thats why yhey are slow

i'm allmost sertain that you have AGP slot...but you can take a look:take a look at your motherboard...in the botom there are 5-6 smaller slots, and above them is one bigger - thats the AGP slot...if there are only small slots, then you dont have AGP slot..
