  1. NO I still can't log in. On the non-secure link I get the same message--it says invalid licenseon the secure link a 500 internal server error

When I try the links you supplied, I get the following message: Invalid license Main IP Address: 208.87.243.98 CPanel Version: 11.18.3-RELEASE_21703 RVskin Version: 8.38 Note: Server administrator can run perl /root/rvadmin/convert_theme.pl to switch users to other skin such as X skin while waiting for the resolution. Not sure why, but not being able to access the cp is a real headache.
  3. Kevin, Looking at the report from the link you included https://pingability.com/zoneinfo.jsp?domainratreasures.com it still lists the old IP address. So maybe it is a time issue. It seems strange to me that by going to the IP address directly, I can't log into the cpanel. But since I know nothing about HOW these things work, maybe that is expected. I'll give it a day or so to sort out.
  4. When I log in to my domain management account at https://xisto.com/, only the two correct name servers are listed, the ns1.computinghost.com does not show up. So how can I remove it?
  5. Thanks for the reply. My site is not a free one. It is on zeta, which is listed as all ok. That is why I am confused. (also because I don't know what I am doing. )
  6. I got the domain through Xisto - Web Hosting.com. At the managment link: https://xisto.com/ the nameservers only list 2, Name Servers Name Server1 ns2.computinghost.com Name Server2 ns.computinghost.com Will the third, the old nameserver expire, or does it need to be removed somewhere? Kevin, I really appreciate you helping me out.

  8. If the nameservers are right and the servers are running, why can't I access my site or control panel type typing either: the name: pandoratreasures.com or the IP : 208.87.243.98
  9. In my previous topic, I learned about DNS, but I have checked my nameservers have been correctly changed. But if I type the new IP address: http://forums.xisto.com/no_longer_exists/ I get a page that says Great success, Apache is working on your cpanel and whm server But I can't log in. Any help?
  10. I found the link in an email from Xisto - Web Hosting, logged in to that, but the new nameservers were already in place. Any other ideas?

  12. Since the server change, my site, pandoratreasures.com doesn't load. My old IP address was 64.69.36.223 The email about the change said: Where Do I Find The New Ip Addresses ? =============================== The list of main shared ip are given here :- Servername : Old IP : New IP there was no link. Can someone point me to the right location? Thanks.
  13. I decided to go with paid hosting with Xisto - Web Hosting.com. When I chose my initial installation, in my ignorance, I didn't know you couldn't install both the Joomla installation and the Soholaunch website builder, so I checked both. They installed the Joomla and not the Soho. Since I have never looked at Joomla and know nothing about using it, I would like the other installation. I first tried live chat, but they said contact sales. So I sent an email and got a ticket number.BPM-881376When I try to check on the status I get this message:Fatal error: ERROR: You do not have access to this Ticket. in /home/xistosup/public_html/modules/tickets/client_tickets.php on line 168So now it has been over 2 days. No response to request, unable to use site, just sitting around frustrated, couldn't load Wordpress because of the root script already installed. Is there a way to change the root script through the control panel? How long should I have to wait to get any response to a ticket? Should I just transfer my domain and try a host that will at least answer an email?
  14. I've read through the credit FAQs and the pinned topic but didn't see this answered. Please excuse the Newby question, but I am a newby. I posted a tutorial yesterday but didn't see any change in my credits. Is there a way or place to see what credit you get for posts?
  15. cfryonline, you've gotten good advice. The one thing I would add is to find activity you enjoy and get a partner. If you dislike jogging, you won't keep it up. If you love to swim, then do it. The real key is to continue with your program and you have to have fun to keep doing it. Having a partner is a big help. You'll drag them out when they feel lazy. They push you when you feel like slacking. We all backslide if we try to do it alone. And it's more fun with some one to suffer with!
