  1. If you're being bullied at school take action immediately. 1.If you are being bullied inside school secretly tell a member of staff and also tell your parents/guardian and they will sort it out, don't be scared to. 2.If the bullying persists online or by text messages tell the police immediately and they will be able to trace the phone/computer (if it is online you can block the bully's email) and do something about it. 3.If you meet the bully in person DO NOT ATTACK THEM because you will get into as much trouble as the bully but if you have throw a punch or two you do that. 4.Don't look scared because bullies usually target people who can't really stand up to anyone and that's what makes it so easy for them to bully you because they know you won't fight back. 5. the bully/bullies might have problems of their own so they take it out on you so try to negotiate and get them to calm down. 3. This topic is about controlling your teenage child 1.Whenever your child has a temper tantrum sort it out by admitting you were partly to blame for the argument. 2.Give your child some space to cool down (don't stalk him/her every minute of the day) 3.If your child has a problem politely ask one of him/her friends what's wrong. 4.he/she will think it's unfair to cut privileges so instead of punishing him/her take him/her somewhere where they can clear their heads. 5.If your child suggests suicide negotiate calmly with them by telling them to calm down, reduce your level of strictness and show him/her that you really care about him/her. The main point is: Don't be too strict on your child because he/she will take it very personally and will rebel even more.
