  1. you need to go to the gym buddy! work on those musles.. and more than once a weekk.. jeez! do some weights.. run.. protein shakes..

yes it will make chasing the kids down the streets easy!and weights seems like to much work but he nothing in life is easy.

    nol
''Haha, no they wont sorry buddy. It also depends on how old you are. If your going through your puberty stages, push-ups and situps will do WONDERS for your body. If your past puberty, you will need to do about 2x, if your younger then puberty, you basically can't gain much muscle. Situps will tone your abs, pushups will tone different parts of your arms depending how your doing. Also think about doing situps with weights in each hand, running will also help. Remember this one thing though:

    When your weight lifting...

High level weights, less reps = More Muscle being created
Low Level weights, More reps = Muscle being more toned and defined

By low I do not mean like 20lbs, i mean low as in, you can do 20-40 reps fine. High level I mean as high as you can go, with 3-4 reps. MAKE SURE YOU ONLY BENCH ON THE MACHINE WHEN DOING HIGH LEVEL WEIGHTS, that way you can get out safe, if your using uneven weights or freeweights or freefall weights, on a bench press...you will probably hurt yourself, its heavier, and you can hurt yourself doing high level weights with it."

well i'm 13 so i think this could work.
until today i thought you just did was push-ups,run and play outside then go to bed.
seems like so much work at first but it will pay for it self right?

  2. -in Campaign mode the first player plays as Master Chief (like always)
second player plays as the Arbiter and the other two players control two other Elites; N'tho 'Sraom and Usze 'Taham
(N'tho 'Taham) Halo 3's campaign contains nine levels, which complete the storyline of the Halo trilogy.. The campaign can be played through alone, or played cooperatively with other players via Xbox Live or System Link.

    -Multiplayer
On a single console, up to two players can play campaign and up to four can participate in a versus multiplayer match through use of split screen. Through use of LAN or Xbox Live, up to four players can play together in campaign and up to sixteen can participate in versus multiplayer matches.

    -Graphics
The Graphics seem really good i mean way better then halo 2.

i mean they didn't change nothing but weapons ands vehicles and how they work.
Halo 3 is the best game for the Xbox 360 but the way shooting games are coming out it seems like it a matter of time before something comes and kills halo hopefully that don't happen cuz i love halo like my brother

  3. oh wow love it.i like how it looks. But you should try to change it to not show a new window because people may think is a pop up.are there any forums for this site or a my faster way to contact you like a live chat?your company seems good if i had a site and i didn't know how to make my own Graphics i would use your Graphics.you should give some some type of way to make the site less flashy because it can slow down old computers.but i do like it how did you make it look that way?

  4. dish network - fraud or scam - YOU decide

here's another update. i haven't paid my bill with dish network for two months now. i decided to call them again yesterday. i always dread calling dish network. i always like to keep my thoughts positive and whenever i call dish network, they call ends with my thoughts negative and disappointed and stressed. well, a customer service rep answered. i immediately asked to speak to a supervisor. a supervisor gets on. his name was stephen or steve. i could hardly understand him even when he repeated it twice. i was going to ask him it again but i thought it would start the conversation the wrong way....but i caught stephen or steve as his name. i started to explain to this supervisor what my problem was. they keep billing me for programming access fees that add up to $10 a month and they charged me $29 dollars to come out and fix their own mistake in hooking up the equipment improperly and the late fees that were charged while i am disputing the bill(illegal in the state of missouri to charge late fees while a bill is under dispute). this guy stephen kept interupting me. i quickly told him "interupt me again" <pause> "you wont even know what my problem is if you keep interupting me <pause>. i took the pauses as he understood he should listen to his paying customer. he then proceeded to tell me to hold on while he pulls up my account. shouldn't he have done this in the beginning of the conversation? this was 5-6 minutes in to our conversation after interupting me ever 5-10 seconds trying to tell me how dish network operates and i will have to pay my full bill. so then he pulled up my account and stated that they had cancelled my dispute and i will need to be transfered to another department. well, i know how the run around goes and i know how dish network doesn't understand most of their customer complaints so i told him "i want the billing department. i thought this was the billing department". he said it was, but he can't help me with my dispute about the hole in my ceiling and i immediatly told him that i wasn't calling about that. i was calling about this crap you keep unfairly putting on my bill. i knew that their billing and how they charge people were on the lines of a scam and fraud, but i didn't mention this at all during our conversation. they are just an employee.

well, i then told him that i wanted to talk to someone in the executive office. and that i want the phone #. this guy refused to give it to me. i then asked him his employee id#. i thought it was funny because stephen did everything he could not to give it to me. he even proceeded to ask me WHY i wanted it. after 3 minutes about tlking about his employee id#, he finally gave me some sort of reference# "x5h". that didn't sound like an emplyee# and i continued to argue with him but let it go after a couple more minutes because the conversation was going nowhere. in fact, he didn't even sound like a supervisor. he sounded like a regular customer service rep that was pretending to be a supervisor. maybe this is why he was hesitant to give me his employee id#. well, needless to say i was getting nowhere with this dish network "supervisor", so i again demanded the phone# to the executive office to settle this dispute once and for all so i don't have to keep calling every month and wasting my time and energy and so i don't have to get stressed about what scam or fraud act they were willing to pull next.

FINALLY! he told me that i couldn't give me the # but can connect me to them if i called dish network. i thought it was funny he would tell me this. i had to let out a little laugh and say "well i am calling now, so connect me". he told me to hold on. and i told him "ok". i waited about 6-8 minutes. he pretended to put me on hold, but he didn't. there was no music playing in the background. i figured....hmmm maybe he's listening to me talk to my wife so i started talking about dish network being a scam and fraud. i talked about how i posted my whole story on the internet and is now on the first page for the keyword "scam". i told my wife that i believed my post was 5th and it's only one complaint where the others above me are several hundred complaints mixed in together nd proceeded to tell her that with the keyword "fraud", i am on the second page at around 13th. i was really hoping he was listening in at this point. i kept saying how my post stand out really well with the help of Xisto and told her even the admin "buffalohelp" pinned the topic so if someone ever comes to find this thread, it will always be on top and very easy to notice. i told her how much of a help he was in support of this issue. anyway, after i rambled and rambled about all the negatives i've experienced with dish, my wife left and i shut my mouth and didn't say a word. i didn't even try to breath in to the reciever. i was testing my theory if he was listening in. well, after i stopped talking about how dish has frauded me and scammed me, this guy comes back on the phone 15 seconds later to tell me he will transfer me again. is that a coincidence or are they really listening in? i have no proof, but it seemed pretty fishy to me and funny at the same time.

well, when he put me on hold this time to transfer me, i hear music. i was on hold for another 20 minutes before he comes back again on the phone to tell me the transfer is going through now. now WHY did it take so long to transfer me?!? something was fishy and i knew something was up. something was going on behind my back it seemed so i thought i may have to be on my toes knowing how dish network operates.

well, i get someone on the phone saying he's from the executive office. this guy gives me his FULL NAME and a direct phone # where i can reach him at any time. he even gives me his employee id#. he gives all this information to me without me even having to ask for it. i am going to post his information just so if anyone else is having problems and getting nowhere with dish network, they can use this information as a reference. i will be giving out this information because this guy eventually satisfied my main problem and was helpfull. his full name is Bill Watson, and his phone# is 720-514-7332. i asked him if he is a part of the call center and he said no. i asked him if their office is connected to the call center, and he said no(these were testing questions to try to find out where he was located). i then asked him if his office is in colorado, and he said yes. "Ahhhh! you are the people i wanted to talk to finally"!

well, i spent a little time updating this thread, give me a day or two to update the rest and to tell you how the phone call went. i want to say that Bill Watson was very helpfull in dealing with my situation, he didn't interupt me rudely, and he even explained some things that i wasn't aware of. stay tuned :P

Dish Network - Fraud? scam? YOU decide!

"i started to explain to this supervisor what my problem was. they keep billing me for programming access fees that add up to $10 a month and they charged me $29 dollars to come out and fix their own mistake".

  5. man this was a mood killer for me i was planning on buying one and hacking it so i don't have to spend 50$ on making myself and the psp

look good. but as i see the best idea is to buy or download a wi-fi type game (4 players for me) and beat the mess out of your friends.

the internet (psp) seems like a good idea at first but i will not spend 50$-20$ on the thing use the internet (i can't remember the name)

when i can stand next to my computer and get on youtube or myspace on my psp for free.

    over all psp

seems better if your only going to play

with your friend or jam to you fav songs

    On the road. :P

  6. My PE teacher told me that if you do weights that are heavy, you get large muscles, but if you do weights that arelight but for a long time, you get strong.

Doing push-ups once a week wont really be enough to see any real improvement. You should do them everyday, because it only takes a couple of minutes right? An easy thing to do is, each night before you goto bed and after you wake up, do as many press-ups as you can. Then you should see an improvement.

I dont know about a toned body though. Equipment would probably be best for that, but most people dont have it. There are things around the house you can use though. For example, if you want abs, you can do sit-ups, and to make them harder you can put your feet up on a stall or your bed or something, and you can get a good work out like that.

your right. i will start increasing the times i do push-ups and start going to the gym thanks.
