I think that you would just have to have php echo the applet tag or do like below, wouldn't you? Let me know if I completely missed what you were trying to ask.....

Currently I'm playing the trumpet but I can play fairly decently the recorder(Normally this wouldn't count but as I can play both the soprano and the bass I?m counting it), the viola, and tuba. I used to play the baritone and I can play one or two notes at a time on the piano()...

if you set scrolling to no the iframe will have no scrollbars but I don't know how to disable just the horizontal scrollbar.It would be like the frames Xisto uses.
