  1. If you want to get a supplier here's how you do it: 1. find the market you want to get into, let's say the US. 2. find stores you'd like to be in 3. call the managers or stop by and ask who supplies them, often, especially at larger stores, it will be the central warehouse or straight from the factory. But a lot of your smaller companies will use distributors/reps 4. Call the distributors/reps directly and ask them what they'd need to carry your product But remember, just because you have lined up reps doesn't mean you;re home free. create an advertising and promotion plan to build recognition. Be prepared to give incentives to your reps. the easier and more profitable you make it for them the better. If they go to one of the stores they supply and the store is asking about your product and th rep makes good money on selling them, you can be sure they'll move them. Once you get som brand name established you can ease off on promotion and move to larger distributors. Trevor
  2. Try: http://www.menshealth.com/____ Its from Men's Health. I'm in the first 8 weeks but it seems like a good program. It was recommended to me by a freind who is almost done and really likes it. I am pretty fit from running but this program has helped me balance my sides (My right side is stronger then my left causing back pain) and strengthened my core. With any weight routine, doing the rep correctly with less weight is better then more weight but sloppy. Trevor
  3. I'm currently working on starting my second company and let me say part of the thrill/fear that never goes away is the fear of failure. Even one the business is running you will still get scared from time to time. Most people I know who form sucessful businesses tend to never be satisfied. They lay out a goal and go get it. Once there they pick another one. So you will alwyas be able to fail. But then again, if it was easy, everyone would do it, no? Some days will be harder then others, just last week I went from knowing I couldn't fail to wanting to throw in the towel and go home within hours. And it wasn't triggered by an ouside source. It was all internal. I say learn to embrace the fear. When you succed it will be all the sweeter because you fought through the tough times. And try to remember when in the tough times, they will pass. starting your own business has far more highs and lows then working for someone else but in the end you control your own destiny. If all else fails, find a friend who doesn;t try and solve your problems and will listen to whom you can download. they will be invaluable. Trevor
