Hi DarkminD,I am sorry, but I really tried your solution, but got problems. I am sure your solution actually works for you, but there must be some detailed steps that are unclear in your description. My problem is that I have very little experience with MySQL and therefor had to make the above process as foolproof as possible (yes I am a fool, when it comes to programming and scripting!). Letting cPanel do the database/database-user creation felt better then letting me do it. :wink:Regards,Davidw

But You must have a fix IP or a DNS programm (my ip is bcr.no-ip.bie:15567) or if you don't have this programm, if you restart your computer your ip will change. ++

my friend and i are going to have a tournament for quake2 ctf. we want to try to make sure someone doesn't signup with two different teams or something. i was thinking for the player to email us if they wanted to join the tournament. if they use something like gmail rather than a pop3 to email us, it shows the ip of the gmail or whatever server rather than the person's ip. is there a better approach to getting the ip of people who want to join the tournament? thanks!
