The big bite from big momma`s readily salted pork with fry chicken and juicy dumplings, was not always readily salted. So Bill gates started choking and died in the arms of G.W. Bush after which he shouted yeah *BLEEP* i'm finally dead! But was he??? Who the heck would have guessed

Promoting the competition is a good idea, althuogh the top place for best overall website should get some sort of promo other than at the forums too.skyglow1

Nice! Good Idea. It looks like you are entering some kind of underground society - like in "total recall" f.ex.I think i would use more frames for the fan (make it run faster). It is a bit jerky, almost like it's going to stop.

This is somthing I designed it is not a website its a template that's why I didn't put in website show off. Anyways this is the very first thing I have ever done in Flash. hello. i have installed nearly 15 hacks in my ipb 1.3. after then, 2-4 queries increased.[ 11 queries used ] in main index.[ 15 queries used ] in topic view.I just hope nothing bad can happen with increased queries.can anybody tell me what's demerit of using many queries?it can whirl my bandwidth or system memory? :? thx.

Why not create a paypal account and then give your parents the money and ask them to pay it into your paypal-account with their creditcard. That way you can have online cash to do transactions like bying domain names or trading at ebay etc?

I think the Bank is a place where we can deposit our earnings by posting here in the forum. Depending on the Admin's plan on where to use it but usually it's used for the store where we can buy offers again depending on the Admin if what offers are these maybe. Examples are additional space for 150 posts or top level domain for 1000 posts.Again take note, depending on the admins.Hopr this helps!

I want the counter actually, I like seeing how many people have been there in a day...not for others enjoyment, just mine. Most websites, even professional big wig ones have counters. As for the paypal icon thing...never really gave it much thought, and don't really care about it. And the webring I keep because I get alot of hits to my site from it...I have a thing where I can see where my hits were referred from. How do you know I'm not a teen? I'm 22 actually, but all of the web rings I have seen are run by adults...mostly in their 40'-50's.... The only bad thing about these types of threads, is you do not know who you are getting this "advice" from....for all I know you are all 13 year olds, because the things most of you are concerned about in your advice to me sound kind of like childish/teenish concerns. So for further postings, if any of you have any advice that would actually be worth something, like would actually help, and not be only about others personal color choices, and background choices, please do not post, because I am not interested in that stuff. Could all of you who have posted to me about the stuff listed above let me see your sites, or sites you have designed(if any), so I can see your choices in real visual? Thanks :roll:

That's right! After the former server was shut down by the planet, there was no index page. When you have typed the address of FNH, you will be redirected to the forums. Later on, a plain index page with announcements like the server will be ready by December 7,..etc.. was visible. Lastly, the current index page was up by late December. Hope this helps!

Well I was saying I don't WANT to spend my time 24/7 on the computer, and this business crap of mine is just a hobby, so I really don't care like you all do. I spend time with my baby more than the computer. I know that img is messed up, I was putting it on last night, and I forgot about it, and then it was late, and I didn't care...LOL haven't had a chance since then...and probably won't til later. sorry, i just didnt feel to read all that stuff... this first section was enough to prove u r wrong first, free hosting prviders make 90% or their money on google ads... and as many members this forum have thats better.. and im not shure but higher # of members (even inactive) gives more money per click then some smaller forum would get... so any inactive member is welcomed.. and if active thats even better second, hosting dont work like u stated... lets say i have 1GB of space and i give accounts of 100mb... if u r correct i can give only 10 accounts.. but i say no ... things work like this... space isnt separated... there is a reason this is called shared hosting ... we all share our space on 1 disc.. and i can have like 50 accounts of 100mb each and they will still not fill up my 1gb disc.. and when i find my disc filling up i will simply extend it and transfer extra accounts .. or extend all server like admin did few days ago hope this answered your "questions".. :twisted:

You all seem to have taken this alien thing to a ridiculous deeper meaning in my opinion. I think that God(who I DO believe in very much so) would at least allow us to know of other life like ours here on earth, and not just plant life...I think there is probably plant life on other planets, the ones that have friendly atmospheres for such life. God has to create life. Evolution contradicts itself to much. Does anyone really think that all of the complicated life forms on the earth came from a big bang? :mrgreen: Not wanting to start any fights or anything, since everyone is entitled to their own belief system...but everyone is sharing what they think, so I thought I would too. I don't know if Bondings was trying to make sense of what I was saying earlier about aliens contacting us or what, but if so, that is not what I meant...I meant we would know of aliens just like we know of the surfaces and temperatures and other such things of other planets...I mean I think when people take these magnificent photos of other planets and the fact that we have been to the moon more than once, makes me wonder why all of the life forms were not around, do they like to hide? If you took a pic of earth close up or visited from a different planet you would see all kinds of life, it cannot hide ever. Just my thought, don't know if it really made sense or not. LOL :wink:
