He's one of those actors that make me truly believe he's real. He's a natural. Just look at him in movies like Heat, Taxi Driver and Raging Bull. He's simply one of the best actors there are right now. A smart guy too, he pics his parts well, knows his own limits.

experimental films make the entire industry a lot more interesting. Creativity is what movies are all about. A lot of them might suck, or not be as easy on the eyes as some holiwood flick, but they do give a new perspective to cinema

I actually think he should have quit after Top Gun. A master piece, changing fashion immediately. I think he's not the best actor, but he pics his roles very well, they usually suit him. I have to hand it to him, collateral was a pretty good movie, but with such a director as Michael Mann, who can go wrong?
